Disgusting team

I made a withdral of R1200 on the 6th of September 2020, 06H00(am) on my hollywoodbets account using the CashSend withdrawal. Unfortunately I didn't receive an SMS, even after 24hrs. I called their withdrawal team and they told me a the voucher of R1200 has been redeemed. I ask to speak to their manager but unfortunately he/she did not want to speak to me. Instead he/ she told the person I was speaking to, to tell me to go to the bank and ask them what happened. I asked them to give me a reference that I can take to the bank but they couldn't do that. After an hour I called them again and told me the money has been paid back to my account. I just wanna warn all hollywoodbets account holders to be careful!!
