Hollywood bets pathetic service

I have opened an account with hollywood for my mum ..she played on there an won some money..wen it was time to widraw the cash she needed to submit Fica documents ,which she did ..wen she called the call centre she was told the documents are nt clear ..so it was re submitted ..wen she called again they claimed its stil not clear ..so she needs to go to the nearst branch which she did ..den da consultant called the centre to find out the outcome of the fica documents..dey claim its nt clear ..so the consultant advices them the owner of the account is there with the original id document ..they still insist on saying they cant see the documents..its quite fraustrating because they had asked her to go in but they made her like a stupid to say they stil cant see the id..its totally disgusting the way the consultants behave ..if u cant see the fica documents even with the original..den y open the account and now wen she needs her money out ..its seems to stil be a problem She have submitted all fica documents according to them..why is it so difficult for these consultants to see the id documents clear ..its quite ovious that id is being used currently..so how is it a problem ..
