Disgusting service from hollywood

Hollywoodbets is the worst, I don't advise anyone to invest their money with this **** of a business. I've waited one whole week after withdrawing my winnings only not to receive it. Upon visiting the physical branch to get my cash they tell me they are unable to pay me for the payment is rejected and provide no further details. They continue to ask me to wait for my funds without any assistance from representatives from the branch l. It's daylight *******.
