Disgusting service delivery

To whom this may concern,

I would just like to escalate for the very last time. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service received from Hollywoodbets.

I failed to believe that no one cares or have any desire to assist or get this matter resolved.

I have processed multiple ABSA cash send withdrawals between the 1st & 2nd March and did not receive any. I have called in so many times since, spoken to so many managers and the withdrawals teams multiple times and and keep on being told "the matter has been escalate" I failed to understand that after 25 days this matter still unresolved and no one reach out to with any feedback.

I am so utterly disgusting because of all the stress this has caused me, the numerous calls I had to make and the countless branch visits taking time out of my day, Still unresolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
