Disgusting service and Fica process
The fica process is absolutely disgraceful and so is the support been taking selfies and everything just to say bio don't match you took my deposit but when it's time to withdraw you have to jump through hoops!!! Why can't they do Fica manually no man this is not right at all if I can't withdraw the funds then rather transfer it to a person that I trust I'm tired of this I do not wish to deal with you any further. I'm not taking any more pictures I'm done!!!
