Disgusting service

I bought R100 Blu voucher n loaded it till today I was not credited on my balance,,,I called the call centre n was on hold for 15 to 20 Min and line was disconnected,went and chat with them on Facebook was asked to send proof on Monday,,,,it's over 48hrs ,today I went to their live chats still I send proof n was told to wait 48hrs,,,,what kind of service is that,I want my money back
