Disgusting service
What is it that you can't comprehend when I tell you that I want to withdraw my funds and close my account? How many times do I have to make contact with you before you action my request?
You ignore my live chats and don't reply to my emails.
This is a simple request. What the hell is it that you dont understand?
The least you could do is to at least reply to my emails and live chats. I'm assuming this complaint will also be ignored, right?
You guys are pathetic.

After battling with Hollywood bets for a while, I was contacted by a kind gentleman by the name of Kaveshan Pillay.
He assisted me within few hours with what I've been battling with for days.
We as consumers and customers do complain when we get bad service, but credit has to be given when we receive awesome service.
Praise has to be given to this gentleman. I was ready to close my account, but after speaking to him, I decided not to.
You are an asset to the company. Your company is making millions and can afford to sponsor big sporting events, so I don't see how they will struggle to give you an increase to your salary as you deserve it.
Keep up the good work Mr Pillay. I highly appreciate your assistance.
