Disgusting management service.

I’m an old hollywoodbets client. I called the help desk this morning for assistance as I had taken 2 soccer bets yesterday. And was not paid out therefore my call to Hollywoodbets.

I was greeted by a lady by the name of Lindiwe, she sounded sleepy and I felt that she wanted to get rid of my call as soon as possible.

I asked her what the procedure off a cancelled game was and she advised that only after 36 hours will I receive my winnings. I asked her about the cash out option she got irritated with me an said she can’t help me I asked to speak to her manager and was then put through to a gentleman by the name of Sifiso.

Whilst explaining my issue to him, he advised me that he cannot assist me and that I should rather go ahead and log a Hello Peter.

I am utterly disgusted at the behavior of management at your establishment. I expect a call on this matter immediately as I cannot take this lying down. You people have no customer service at all. Pathetic service.
