Disgusting Customer Service

Unprofessional and Unfriendly customer service using the chat option

I enquired about my account on the 24/08/2026 I initially sent an email to *** on the 05/08/2026 and got no response decided to follow up on that email and use the chat service

The agent I spoke to is Samukelisiwe N at 1:03 PM .. she/ he was not friendly.

1) My concern is why is my mothers details reflecting when I send an email to helpline that is a concern 2) She wanted me to disclose my mother personal details and that is against the law to disclose 3rd party information like ID number etc 3) She was sarcastic why do I only enquire when I loose and not win 4) I wanted to know why is another person who is blocked from Hollywood bets details on my account 5) How is it possible that after winning 40K and loosing over 100k to make up for that win 6 ) The agent Samukelisiwe N was really not helpful and showed no interest in actually assisting me with resolving the query and did not apologise for being sarcastic

I am not a low life do not treat me like that as a customer I have right to ask questions about service that I use

I’m really disgusted by the service I got and I have been using Hollywoodbets for years because of the good reputation they hold but the service u get when I ask questions is ridiculous
