Disgusting Customer Service

I did a withdrawal via send imali on 4 August 2020 but did not withdraw. The send imali expires after 48 hours.i contacted Hollywoodbets on the 8 August and spoke to Similo Nyabaxwho promised to help.Ah ah many calls thereafter to Londeka and Nadine and I am still waiting for this to resolved. The reversal would have come back to Hollywood account from Nedbank which should be credited to my Hollywood account.Still waiting. Nadine promises to call me back by close of business Tuesday....I'm still waiting.Your company is a RIPOFF and your staff need to be taught customer service and how to keep their promises to your clients.I await your response or maybe I should say another excuse......
