Disgusting client service

i am so disappointed in the service that i receive from them ...last see Thursday i made a deposit and used the wrong ref when making payment i immediately contacted them and send them all requires documents i keep getting emails for the same requirements over and over eventually after i think 3 days i receive another email saying they have traced my money but it cannot be paid to me because the money was paid from a third party account i need an affidavit or they can pay the money into the third party's holkywoods account if they have one . i immediately responded with the details of the third party's hollywoods accoubt details but still no response or no money is been desposited instead i am getting emails with the same requirement again . i am so frustrated and fed up with the level of service they eveb emialed me saying the funds refelectes on my account when i received nothing than apologized that they made a mistake and will fix it but still no response till now .
