Disgusted with the way supervisors promise to resolve queries and nothing ever gets resolved they full of promises

Its been 1 month today since Hollywoodbets had a problem with their aviator game their ticket history does not show on my bet history. They had other players who Faced the same issue of the "Stage time out" till date i called and emailed plenty of times wasted my airtime to speak to them Thaban being the FICA SUPERVISOR promised two weeks ago this would be resolved and i should expect a call from the manager JULIAN OR SHEHNAZ as Shehnaz is working on my account and thaban promised to keep me upto date. Ever since last week I've called for him he is not available the consultantz refused to put me through to SHEHNAZ OR JULIAN. I GUESS I WAS JUST ****MED OF MY WINNINGS OF A R100 BET CASHING OUT AT R2500. No one takes 31 days to resolve a query! They are just quiet absolutely no information and no emails from them any longer its a disappointment seeing what Hollywoodbets actually do to their clients
