DISGUSTED WITH HOLLYWOOD BETS

I am a loyal customer of Hollywoodbets for many years but as of lately they become greedy and unfair. I have a soccer bet that was taken in March - all the teams won however as per Hollywoodbets the site they use the one team lost and they regarded my ticket as a losing ticket. I provided all the relevant information- Photos as well and links to 4 other sites showing that the specific team did not lose and sent then numerous emails with this information- they were replying to my emails until all of sudden they stopped responding and removed my ticket off my account. I called them and all they can say they will escalate the matter.They dont deserve even one star as they have become greedy and preferential. They will only work in there favour even when the customer is correct. I am rather upset with the situation as they not even reviewing the information but rather doings thing unjustly.
