Disgusted with Hollywood

Hollywood bets you have ****** our money - bought vouchers from you and it did not load called your call centre and advised that we having issues and they opened a query.2 days later we call back only to be told - no sorry we cannot assist as voucher has been used and now I must go to the police station this is not on honestly and your calibre of people at your call centre leaves a lot to be thought about 30 minutes on hold
