Disgusted and annoyed by the No response from Hollywoodbets

I am so dissapointed in Hollywoodbets. I have been using Hollywoodbets for so many years without any problems or whatsoever until on the 21st August 2022. I deposited 2 X R100 via OWNpay and my account was not credited. I send them proof of payment on Sunday and even Monday. I tried to call several times but no answer after holding for more than 20 minutes. This is absolutely riidiculous, I mean how does a big betting site like hollywoodbet not have anyone answering calls from frustrated customers and not even one person responding to emails. I only got 1 email with ticket reference no:*** and acc no:733697. I want my R200 back, I am even willing to take this to the National Gambling board.
