discusting customer service and betting experience

This ia highly disgraceful as a company.. I have made 3 deposits on 01 march.. R250.. R250.. R50 I used the instant options and have not received anything... I tried contacting hollywoodbest where i had to wait for 20 minutes only to have the call dropped.. I have sent emails only to not get assisted ... I have waited on the live chat only to wait for hours... i have reference number after reference number after absolute **** assistance
