Disappointing service from Hollywoodbets
Good day Hollywoodbets
I have been a long service loyal customer to hollywoodbets but from yesterday until now i have been treated like i am useless and uneducated customer who doesn't know anything about banking.
I made a deposit of R300.00 yesterday morning around 6:50 at standard bank atm to hollywoodbets standard bank account. To my knowledge those funds supposed to reflect on their account immediately. I sent them a POP, i made follow up calls up til this morning my account hasn't been credited. I have been told that funds doesn't reflect on their side.
This is unprofessional and it shows the level of valuing their customers. I am deeply disappointment with hollywoodbets.

21 Jul 2020, 16:20Today i have been trying to call the call centre to do a follow up but i only manage to talk to the angent at 8.10am. after that i have been trying but know takes the calls, i have wasted more than R70.00 worth of airtime trying get my account credited. disgusting service from Hollywoodbets
