Disappointing and unhelpful customer service at Hollywoodbets

I recently bought a Hollywoodbets Hollytopup voucher at a reputable service station. I have been trying to load it for 24 hours and it's gives an error message.

I called Hollywoodbets over 50 times, spent loads on airtime and I had customer service consultants disconnect the call numerous times.

Each time, I have to explain the situation again. As a client, I am so disappointed in the way this situation was handled. One consultant went as far as to say she cannot help me because she does not believe my gender because I don't sound a certain way. I am utterly appalled. Right now, I still don't have any solution bur once I do, I will change to another online betting company.
