Disappointing and downhill experience lately

I deposited over R20,000 during the Wednesday Jackpot run, but unfortunately, I didn’t win anything. It honestly felt like the system just ate my money without a fair shot. On top of that, the game kept glitching and lagging the whole time, which made the experience even worse.

I truly hope this issue gets looked into and resolved — not just for me, but for anyone else affected. I also hope to get my money back or at least be compensated in some way. I haven’t given up entirely, but it’s been a disappointing and downhill experience lately. A fair and stable platform is the least we should expect when playing at these stakes.
