Disappointing

Unacceptable an disappointing , I’ve been trying to get my FICA documents approved for the past 3 weeks , I’ve emailed multiple times an I’ve used the self service multiple times but nothings working an the agents aren’t any help ,they just keep saying they’ll get back to me or they’ll check with their team for me or that I should just email again, all I wanted to do was withdraw so that I’ll have money to buy my father something for Father’s Day an now today’s Father’s Day an I have no money to buy anything for him because I couldn’t withdraw because of my FICA not being approved an I did all the instructions the agents told me such as make sure the pictures is clear an all corners are in ,etc. I’ve gotten to the point where Ive just given up on Hollywoodbets an I used up all my money on purpose just so that I don’t have or feel the need to come back to the site ever again
