Disappointed with the declining performance

I’ve been playing for years on Hollywood this month I decided to test the waters - Won R5000 and noticed every time I win on your site. My losses nearly triple and that’s exactly what happen I played similar game same values buying the bonus continuously to ensure that the outcome be different but met with a cold crash of the same repetitive losses. I get multiple retriggers or free games with absolute no pay. I’ve spun into masssive bonus’s and end up with less than buying it for 1/4 the value. Hollywood I’m not asking for booming wins to settle the unfairness - refund me the R6000 put back in to the site. because there is no way in 30 buys at R200 that their won’t be profit.
