Disappointed with Refer a Friend Bonus Delay

I am extremely annoyed and frustrated with Hollywood Bets. It has been almost four days since I referred a friend, and I still haven't received my bonus. All I get are pathetic excuses and that the matter has been "escalated," which is ridiculous considering this is a big company.

TicTac Bets and Betfred issue their bonuses within 5 minutes, but Hollywood Bets, despite being a reputable company, has failed to deliver. This level of service is simply pathetic.
