Disappointed With Hollywoodbet service and system

I was playing the aviator game on hollywoodbets everytime most of the time i cash out it would say something went wrong! I Know HOLLYWOODBETS would never say its their fault... I honestly feel it was a rip of as a regular daily client! I then put a bet cashed out R67.40 sent an email until now no payout they refunded me my stake but not the amount won! And aviator has been a ******* as they have over 3000 people communicating on chat complaining about the same issue noticed how they actually have two rounds whereby they have 3000 bets the system won't allow you to bet only around 50 people and the plane goes to a high number for the 50 bets..... yet they would say its not their technical problems . Please guys just watch when you playing rather be safe than sorry. No consultants even respond to an email in writing!
