Disappointed regular client

Rather disappointed, i sent an email this is not the first time, sent an email on the 22nd of June and still have not received any response.

Played deal or no deal. Whilst playing i noticed that there's a circle kind of things that picks up on my screen. Whenever i asked previously they would say no irregularities on the game server etc.

Its so strange if i had a connection error the connection error disappears only after the payout of the game is over.

Yet i have no connection errors on my side linked on wifi and mobile data. The payment did not even show on my side yet the people who were getting paid out their names reflect on the screen below of it was a connection error on my side this ought to be the case. I always clear my browser as thats the advice i gotten before.

Think this is rather unfair as a regular client no response whatsoever I've even sent proof through.
