Disappointed in Hollywoodbets

I withdrew R100 using Standard bank Instant money on the 11th of December, I never received. I then told them to rather reverse the R100 to my Hollywoodbets account because there's no going forward, even that seems it's not happening, I'm really tired of Hollywoodbets and their Agents don't know their jobs, they busy telling me they have no Feedback, that's it and thank me for contacting them. What is that? It is really disappointing, because you withdraw with an intention of using that money, it's been 7 days now. Nothing.
