Disappointed

I requested a payout 2 weeks ago, however, I did not receive an email for the instant money payout.

I emailed more than a week ago and no one contacted me to discuss my account query!

I then called on Saturday and the advisor told me that the refund will be done within 2 hours, however, the processed the incorrect payment!!!!!!

What the hell is going on? Is this the type of service you provide
