Disappointed
I am not happy with this service i withdrew R3000.00 from Hollywood on the 24th December 2023 , till today i have not received my withdrawal voucher , i have called numerous time spoke to 2 consultants claiming to have sent me the voucher and pin , till today i have not received anything . i connected with a few people from the holly bot still no voucher …..are we being ****med here or what ???????????????????????????????????????????????????

28 Dec 2023, 11:47I just called standard bank for them to assist me and they have advised that there is no voucher sent to number for the date mentioned they see all other transaction except the one i am currently querying. this bull**** of me having to another 24 -48 hours again is not gonna work guys .
