Disappointed disgusted and offended

Again you just really seem to out do yourself at providing the worst possible customer care. Absolutely the worst start to any birthday ever was speaking to Nokubonga N and Busisiwe Dazela… like do you even care about your customers? They didn’t answer a single thing I asked copied and pasted responses that had nothing to do with what I asked then also while replying to them 30 seconds after the one response Nokubonga N ended the chat Busisiwe Dazela even saying since no response a minute after my message then ends the chat like you can even see that the customer is typing so why you ending and also why when u take 2-3 min to respond do I get less then 30sec? Surely if some manager or someone higher up could actually be gotten hold of and saw the way their customer care was treating the clients they would be ashamed of how their company is behaving please get someone higher up to contact me asap or I’m going to take my R30 000 a month min business elsewhere.
