Disappointed customer

Good day I am very disappointed in Hollywoodbets service they haven’t got back to me as yet and I am still calling them everyday from the 11th of January 2023 The customer service at Hollywoodbets are pathetic and very poor they unable to provide me with feedback or any assistance regarding a withdrawal that I have done on the 11th of January. I have wasted over R200 airtime phoning Hollywood customer service only to find out my money is still stuck at the bank The withdrawal amount was R200 which was a standard bank instant money cash send voucher I haven’t received a voucher or pin up till today I have contacted them on Sunday the agent advices me that they will resend me a pin and a voucher but again they have given me false hope I want to let the community know that Hollywoodbets are rouges they don’t acknowledge there customers with respect and give there customers false hope. I will be switching to another game site End of the day I spent a lot of money on Hollywoodbets and I want my money. CAN SOMEBODY FROM HOLLYWOOD BETS GIVE ME A CALL ,I WANT MY MONEY.
