Disappointed client, withdraw but no cash

I m not happy with customer service of Hollywood bets. I called them more than 20 times but still not assisted. I made a cashsend withdrawal of R200 on the 12 September 2022 unfortunately i lost the voucher i requested them to resend the voucher or send that money back to my account, that has not happened they always say they escalating the matter. On the 1 December 2022 i withdrawn R700 EFT i did not receive that money till today i send the bank statement again they always saying they escalating the matter. From September till today i m calling them but nothing is happing
