Disappointed client of Hollywoodbets no winnings paid out over 120 hours

It's been more than 5 days now that Hollywoodbets has not paid me my winnings from the aviator game. They told me at first the query wss escalated and payment will be made yesterday i received an email they not sure when this will be done.... WHAT AN ANSWER. JUST MAKES ME WONDER IF THEY HAVE ANY CLIENT SATISFACTION. for 1 i sent them the screenahots of payments and still they are not doing their job full of excuses and stories its like there's only stories used to Like Hollywoods but now it seems as if they can't ben trusted it never takes this long to resolve something like this more than 2000 of us were affected by this. Employees take forever days to even respond to emails the services received is rather poor
