Disappointed Client money just disappeared without placing bets

I had R3000 logged back in to hollywoodbets account went into AVIATOR never took my bet stated something wrong went and checked my bet history no bet placed money dropped from R2055 to R1900 from R1900 to R1700 without any bets being placed R1250 just vanished from my account whats going on HOLLYWOODBETS????
