Disappointed client

It's been more than a month I had active bets on my account I've emailed hollywoodbets Helpline desk and Sifiso and yet they have done nothing

Secondly I was playing a deal or no deal on the game easiest unlocking wheel which was R900 a spin I noticed when they do take your money for a spin a white thing comes up when there's connection errors on their side mind you an easy bet but it took over 5 spins without opening which is R4500 yet its on easy mode this was then a pending bet I logged on today and then it says losing which means my money is now gone this is absolutely money taking and disappointing. My query hasn't been resolved yet over a month of pending active bets which I haven't been accredited for I've sent my documents for fica nothing has been done yet this is absolutely ridiculous. And when you do have a problem they never want to assist it's sad
