Disappointed client

Still pathetic services a few emails which they don't take understanding of the issue on hand and they just stop emailing and won't resolve the issue and pay the money outstanding.

Pathetic people should stop betting with them cause of their poor business ethics to ensure a client query is resolved!

Hi guys let me advise you all on my awful experience with hollywoodbets.

Above were all my complaints. However on my last email to Hollywoodbets and last post they found it very offensive due to me saying that I was ****med whilst playing deal no deal live game.

For one I was kicked out and was not been able to pick a deal the manager responded saying that in 12 hours the game kicks you out TAKE NOTE IT WAS ONLY 2 HOURS ONLINE Playing EV01 ERROR CODE and deal no deal actually themselves picked up that there was an error

Secondly I asked how does a deal and bet of R409- R6910 top up in bag pay out R10.68 and a R1 bet pay much more did not make sense at all

I had active bets some were settled some were still active not paid out take note monies were taken out but not paid

The manager Richard had closed down my account once I put these questions down emailed me saying that if I delete my comments of hellopeter THEY would reconsider opening my account.

Quiet sad if a manager behaves this way what hollywoodbets would really turn to if they don't have proper answers for clients and just close down accounts

Furthermore he also said to me they paid me before HE DOES NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THE MONEY WHICH WAS PAID I WON AND WAS ACTIVE IT SEEMS AS IF THEY DID ME A FAVOR BY PAYING ME THE MONEY OF WHICH WAS STATED IN the email.

It was sad having my account closed ever since then no response from him yet his asked me to delete my comments of hellopeter

Just be careful guys if it happened to me having issues and the manager just closes my account can happen to you as well.
