Disappointed and Unhappy

I'm still waiting for my query to be resolved after sending all the relevant info that is requested by them. It's so sad what we as gambler's go through but loading money onto there platform is fast n easy. Reading the reviews of other gambler's it makes me think that we are not important at all,cause if we were n they really showed appreciation for one as being a customer they would've handled our queries promptly to show that they value us as there clients. I'm gonna see what's happening today than I'm gonna seek assistance at the Casino Association of South Africa which I suggest other customers should do as well.
