Disappointed

I'm so disappointed in Hollywood bet team i made a deposit buying a voucher with my bank account then my money went out but the voucher didn't get loaded in my hollywood account so i sent an email with all my details but even now I'm still waiting for reply is like now I'm a fool buying following people with my R50 I'm really disappointed with people.
