DISAPPOINTED 😥 😡

I wish I could select ZER0 stars!!! As a loyal customer of Hollywood bets, even though I lose a lot, the days that I win, no matter how small, I can understand delays, however for the customer service consultants to blatantly lie to you (Mcebo D) and tell you that the money is not lost and will be deposited in your bank account as soon as the bank is online (due to my withdrawal being rejected by my bank as they were offline). I also advised that this is the first time I've seen a rejected by bank as usually it will say pending authorization which I clearly stated. I was reassured by Mcebo D, that it will reflect when the bank was online. 2nd follow up, was with Pearl N, where I was NOW ADVISED that the bank rejected my withdrawal and I would need to wait up to 48 hours. This is not my 1st issue with a withdrawal with Hollywood, where it took 2 weeks for the funds to reflect back in my account (and guess who had to constantly follow up). Now frustrated, I lastly spoke to Bavelile N, asked me to explain the same thing again ND for a reference number. The last 2 agents couldn't get me off the chat fast enough, including the last 1. Now surely, should Hollywood bets, a company clearly making money based on the complaints of so many clients losing so much lately, not be able to have no established some form of compensation or a goodwill gesture to loyal customers when they have been **** to, taken for a ride and constantly have to be the ones chasing after their own money!!! I will certainly not be recommending Hollywood bets to anyone and will be trying out other various online gambling sites with much reliable staff, better customer service and lesser issues!!! Train your staff correctly please and not to lie to customers!!! P.S - NOT ONE AGENT PROVIDED ME WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER OF MY QUERY! Which basically means, it's just ****, in the air, like my money!!!
