Disappointed

Please help I sent my bank statement and I'd copy after 2weeks they came back to me that my bank statement was verified but I'd copy not clear I should go to the branch I did went on Saturday 27 Feb I was told I will get answer after 24 hours bcz they are going to verify my I'd with home affairs but still no answer and is know more than 24 hours how do I get access to my money if not verified

Thank you shannaz the problem was sorted same day,know today is my birthday the said they gave me 10 but when I check in my account nothing and they said when deposit 100 will get 50 I deposited more than 200 I didn't get nothing plz assist
