Disappointed

I have made a withdrawal from Hollywoodbets on 6 may 2023 for an amount of r100 via absa cash send,the sms normally takes 2 days at max however ,not this time,I have made more than 3 calls which I had used almost the same amount of money that I am waiting for as they put you on hold for a period of time,sometimes the calls drop after 10 to 15 min of waiting, I was promised by an agent by the name of sthabile on Monday the 22nd of May 2023 that they will credit this amount into my Hollywood account before the end of that day however, still no joy.......maybe it's time to change my betting platform
