Disappeared funds

Hollywood bets is a ****. Last month I had won something. When I try to login the next day it's say I'm on a cooling off period when I never authorized that. OK fine I accepted and waited for that cooling off period to end after a montb. When I login all my funds are gone. When I enquire via email no one was able to assist me. Yesterday I deposited money and placed a bet, I woke up this morning to check and I saw that I won but the balance says R0.00.when I enquire through email, they tell me I placed bets and bought airtime with my winnings.When i never did that, which shows that there are hackers and Hollywoodbets is not doing anything about or even compensate us because they cannot protect our accounts or maybe it's the staff members that are *****ing our funds.
