I was playing a game deal no deal I selected the R512 payout yet a grey thing popped out when there's an issue with the game so disappointed

Then at 17.27.17 it said paid out but the money did not reflect in my balance so disappointed. And now when I try and login into my account it says error occurred contact customer support
