Did satisfied at service cause I'm a no body

Hi I'm am sadened I'm in credit I'm broke so I like many unemployed people try hard at betting please help us with queried all now that im reading this I want to escalate my complaint cause to date its silent...on the 14 of July I did a withdrawal of 500 wefrom my Hollywood bets account to nedbank emaili I did receive the sms and voucher pin when at the ATM in the process to draw the loadshedding kicked in machine switched off as about to dispense the cash ...I contacted Ned bank via toll free from the ATM told the my situation they said they get back to me laterghat day to c they need to investigate the machine ...they send a ref Wich I have to say they busy with query and a second mess with a mess saying it was transfered back to hollyaccount ...I logged in again to find noting credited to my account I went to my branch Lenasia south showed them the text as well as the statement on my hollyaccount it shows the money been transfered back to Hollywood and not to my personal accountconsultant called a sup that was on sat the 16 July Waite almost 5 hours only to be told it will take 3 working days I was supposed Monday I recieved a confirmation email from Hollywood support saying they sorted out I should dail 120*277#get a new voucher pin and code did that nothing went again Monday to the branch was pushed from one person to the next callll after call via Nedbank and Hollywood and consultant went on for the whole week ...email after email I have proof of all of this eventually went to see the manager of Lenasia south branch ....very incompant had to re explain he left me sitiii g went to call dunno whu the assured me it will be in Sunday .....Sunday came nothing went back all of the time Breen unemployed talking taxis 14 r single trip airtime data ...we depend on the monies we win and understand technical issues but I went in the entire week again last week still no money called back and forth mess afta mess which I have all proof till to this moment I don't have a two r to play and I'm broke and no 500 mxm why and where to from here what about all extras to spend to come up and down all airtime to callll cause u can wait up to an hour or two to get trough went to c the manger Thursday again he gave me a no winner response ....JA u have to wait they will put it ....his words expect what going on guys yes we play at own risk but the money is showing emails confirm spoke to your incompentany staff yes 500 sounds little bit for unemployed whu have mouths to red it's slot I had now borrowed money on interest to com back and forth thinking I would pay back the person.
