Deposits not reflecting, MY money DISSAPPEARS!

I won't even give 1 star when it comes to deposits. This is not the second third or fourth time, I can't even count how many times my money did not reflect on my hollywoodbets account after depositing. This is super frustrating. Emails are absolutely useless, they just auto reply with "your request has been updated" no matter how many times you respond with the bank statements and details they require. My money just disappears. Bad bad bad I'd rather go to the opposition.
