Deposits not reflecting after they take money off your account

Made a deposit on Saturday the funds went off my bank but never reflected on my hollywoodbets account. After fighting the whole weekend they eventually refunded me today. The tonight I made another deposit to play same thing money went off my account but not reflecting on the hollywoodbets account. So I will have to fight again tommorow to get my money back.
