Deposits not reflecting.

Very poor customer service, I sent them emailed 5 times and also called them more than 4 times regarding 2 deposits that are not reflecting on my account and none of them was able to assist. Deposits from payment portal appears to be successful and there are proof of payments provided together with reference numbers, yet they still fail to do the right thing. I was told to wait for 24 hours and that 24 hours is exhausted now.
