Deposits Not reflecting

I trust you are doing well. Please assist me. My name is Yonela Zipho Mngqibisa, last night I made a deposit to me Hollywood acc no. *** using my Capitec account, the money was taken but till now it has not reflected in my Hollywood account.

Please kindly assist me with this as I have been calling Hollywood with no success.
