Deposits Accepted but Withdrawal Blocked Due to FICA Issues

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues I’ve experienced trying to FICA my account.

I have submitted my documents multiple times, and every single time it comes back with a new issue — even after I have corrected everything exactly as advised by your consultants. I have followed all instructions given to me, yet the problem persists.

On the 14th, I even went into the CBD branch for assistance. Despite being helped in person, the issue was still not resolved. This is completely unacceptable.

It does not make sense that I am able to deposit and play with thousands of rands without any problems, yet when it comes to verifying my account and withdrawing my money, there are endless barriers and repeated verification failures. There are clearly no “hundred-step” checks when money is being taken, but suddenly there are excessive hurdles when I try to access my own funds.

At this point, I expect: - My FICA verification to be resolved immediately - My withdrawal to be processed without any further delays - A clear explanation as to why this issue keeps occurring despite multiple corrections and assistance

This matter needs urgent attention. I want this resolved as soon as possible.
