DEPOSIT/EFT NOT REFLECTING

I did an EFT and the money did not reflect on my hollywood bets account.I sent an email with proof of payment and was promised that it will reflect shortly.Still not reflecting!No reply to my Emails and called twice and waited on the line for more than 30 minutes and eventually they cut my call.The service is bad!Such a big betting company but can't keep up to the expectations.
