Deposited using my bank money not reflecting on Hollywoodbets account.

I tried to deposit money in my Hollywood account using my bank account. The money was taking from bank account and does not reflect on my Hollywood account. I sent an email with proof of payment and all the information they needed. They than said it will take 30minute to an hour for them to put my money in my Hollywood account. It been a week now i don't have my money is my account. Please help me get my money back i was depositing R97 till now that amount is not showing and theres no one now getting back to me to show that they really do not care about resolving my issue. This is just the very last time im going to be using Hollywoodbets no more they have all the information i do not know what they want now or they can't help me.
