Deposited R100 within 10 days from my birthday and didn't receive my R50 bonus

Hollywoodbets SA I am not happy with you guys.

Why don't you tell people that when it's their birthday and you say they should deposit minimum R100 to get a R50 bonus withing 10 days from their birthday that the bonus does not get loaded immediately?

My birthday was on the 15th of May. I did get the free R10 because it was my birthday then I received a message that if I deposit R100 within 10 days then I will get R50 bonus.

Today is the 9th day and I deposited R100 in the Ams and to my surprise I didn't get any R50.

Tried to chat to an agent and was told about an escalation and given a reference number on the live chat on the website to check back after 4 hours.

I decided to come to Facebook and chat to a different agent and now am told about 24 to 48 hours for the bonus money to be loaded... Why isn't the bonus loaded immediately when we deposit the R100?

Please fix the issue immediately and load my R50 bonus, I have spent so much on Hollywoods and I'm so damn disappointed that y'all are failing to just load my R50 voucher out of all the amounts of money you get every day. DO BETTER!!!!
